Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day technical support of Workday integrations, UKG timekeeping maintenance, ticket resolution and supporting tasks for the HRIS team. Develops, validates, maintains and distributes a wide variety of reports to meet the needs of our business partners and Outfitters. Performs audits and data analysis to ensure system integrity.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Monitors existing Workday integrations, ensuring their performance and addressing any errors that arise. Escalates issues as needed to maintain seamless operations.
  • Supports HR with tier 2 tickets related to integrations, timekeeping, and security.
  • Maintains UKG infrastructure and administers security.
  • Creates and maintains SOPs related to integrations and security.
  • Creates and manages ISUs and ISSGs (system accounts) to facilitate and manage technical processes.
  • Supports the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and releases
  • Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of the Workday system in order to effectively utilize system functionality, troubleshoot related issues, and implement corrective action.
  • Creates and maintains a wide variety of complex, time sensitive reports.
  • Research and participate in Workday community to resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement those solutions.

Education/Experience:
  • Strong technical aptitude. Prefer BA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Prefer at least 2-3 years HR administration or related experience - Workday preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgement in the management of confidential information
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with SQL and JSON
