Job description

  • Manage daily operations of an embroidery and custom appeal shop.
  • Coordinate customer orders from initial request through production and completion.
  • Operate and oversee commercial embroidery equipment and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
  • Schedule embroidery jobs and prioritize orders based on deadlines and customer needs.
  • Prepare artwork and embroidery designs using digitizing software.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, designs, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Maintain inventory of garments, threads, supplies, and other production materials.
  • Process payments, create invoices (work orders), and maintain accurate order records.
  • Train and/or assist employees with embroidery equipment, threads, production procedures, and customer service.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues to prevent delays.
  • Package complete orders and coordinate pickups or deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Handle multiple orders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
