Job description

Detail Associate

Job Description:

  • Deliver excellent service to all customers; including positive interactions and help answer questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace
  • Provide quality detail services for all customers by adhering to all company training and standard guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Washing Interior & exterior of customer vehicles.
  • Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
  • Clean upholstery, rugs, and other interior surfaces using various cleaning products and devices.
  • Apply revitalizer and preservation to vinyl or leather surface, and treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
  • Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts
  • Other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
  • A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required
