Job description

Setup Associate Responsibilities:

The Setup Associate would be responsible for setting up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, donut flavors, draperies and other event needs. The Setup Associate reports directly to the Setup Team Lead.


Setup Associate duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting tables and chairs for all event spaces
  • Moving and organizing tables, chairs, carts and setup equipment
  • Dropping linens
  • Setting place settings
  • Setting ceremony spaces
  • Assisting with airwall draping
  • Bagging and stickering donut favors
  • Completing room resets between events
  • Assisting with quick flip or room changes
  • Returning setup items to proper storage locations
  • Communicating damaged, missing, or low inventory items to Setup Team Lead


Experience/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift certification


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with events set-up

Hours:

The Setup Associate is a part time position, and hours are not guaranteed with flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Salary/Income:
