This role will build on your current expertise to generate qualified leads, book sales presentations, and mentor Marketing Representatives. Lead Marketing Representatives are key partners to leadership and model HGV values every day.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English, speaking, reading, writing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years confirmed customer service experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency with knowledge and efficiency in computer database systems such as ATCO, VOICE, Salesforce, GoConcierge or similar systems.
  • Thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
  • Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person, over e-mail, and on the telephone.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent communication & verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • Proven track record to sign-up guests for timeshare sales presentations over the phone.
  • 1-year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.

Schedule Details:

Marketing Representatives work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs. Shifts vary between the hours of 6:30 AM-9:30 PM.

As a Lead Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors.
  • Generate leads and book qualified sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at off-property locations.
  • Provide customer/concierge services and arranging island activities to all guests projecting a professional company image.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of integrity adhered to by the Hilton Corporation.
  • Mentoring and training of new and current Marketing Representatives.
  • Resource and first point of contact for Marketing Representative day to day questions and/or concerns.
  • Sharing insights and opportunities to Marketing Management and partnering on improvements.
  • Handling sophisticated Customer/Guest related issues or concerns.
  • Serving as a role model for Marketing Representatives to demonstrate HGV's values and expectations for interactions with Guests and other Team Members.
