Schedule Details:

Marketing Concierge work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs. Shifts within the operating hours of 6:30 AMโ€“9:30 PM will be assigned to you.

As a Marketing Concierge-Aloha Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct professional inbound and outbound phone conversations with guests to promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages.
  • Respond to guest inquiries through email and phone communications while delivering exceptional customer service and creating exceptional vacation experiences.
  • Use computer applications, telecommunications systems, and CRM tools to lead guest interactions, track reservations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences, activities, and attractions while presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple guest requests, follow-ups, and booking opportunities throughout the day.
  • Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs according to the standards of integrity adhered to by Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • Maintain prompt follow-up communication with prospective guests through phone calls and email correspondence to improve engagement and booking conversion opportunities.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with email, Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and telecommunications platforms.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests through phone and electronic communications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, sales, reservations, or concierge environments preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of the island of Hawaii with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
  • Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing environment.
  • Preferred candidates are located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island activities.
