Job description

Koud is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to work with one of our clients. Our client is a large financial institution with a strong presence in both local and international markets. They offer a wide range of financial services, including advisory on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring of financial products for corporations, financial institutions, funds, governments, and individual investors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for end users (hardware, software, network, devices);
  • Administer and manage Active Directory (users, groups, computers);
  • Manage Office 365 (user accounts, groups, license assignments);
  • Perform basic Microsoft Intune tasks (device management, user/group administration);
  • Take care of asset management (laptops, monitors, cables, accessories);
  • Keep the office organized: moving monitors/computers, setting up desks, checking cabling, and ensuring everything works smoothly;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and ensure users have the best support experience.
Required Skills:
  • IT support experience;
  • Experience with Active Directory (users, groups, computers);
  • Experience with Office 365 (licenses, users, groups);
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune (at least basic user/device management);
  • Hands‑on profile: comfortable troubleshooting, organizing equipment, moving devices, plugging cables, etc;
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude;
  • Fluent English is required, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus
Nice to have:
