Job Title: Deskside Support Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 2 Months Short-Term Contract

Job Description:
We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desktop troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and printer installation/configuration.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite deskside support to end users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related devices.
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware/software installation and upgrades.
  • Resolve user issues related to desktops, applications, and connectivity.
  • Document incidents and update tickets in the service management system.

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in Deskside/Desktop Support.
  • Strong experience with printer installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Good communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
