  • Set initial priority of requests in Service Pro system and assign appropriate resources
  • Manage site assets, inventory, and systems
  • Proactively monitor and maintainsystems within area of responsibility to support business productivity
  • Load and maintain authorized software onto PCs

  • Participate in the selection of team members as directed by my manager
