Using premier CAD technology, you'll draw accurate and detailed plans that help illustrate home plans, building materials, options, etc. You will also develop forms, charts and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners. Additional duties include creating construction details, Division support and special projects.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent of 2-5 years' experience in the homebuilding industry. Additional skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Google Sketchup, knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs.
