Front Desk Agent (Full-Time)


Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently

- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations

- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns

- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
