Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Hampton Inn - Front Desk team during the evening shift. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and sincere demeanor.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Promote Hilton Honors and its associated benefits to guests.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
