ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and eager Designer to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you will be the engine of the design team, helping to produce a wide range of creative assets that fuel our marketing and brand channels. You will work closely with Senior Designers and ACDs to develop and adapt campaign concepts into various formats, ensuring our brand looks sharp everywhere it lives. This is a growth-focused role for a designer with strong foundational skills who is ready to learn from world-class creatives and contribute to a global brand.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Design and version creative assets for email, social media, display ads, and web modules
  • Assist Senior Designers in building out decks, mood boards, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
  • Ensure all files are built correctly, organized, and meet our rigorous technical standards for handoff
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for upcoming projects
  • Quickly iterate on designs based on feedback from ACDs and cross-functional partners
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • A clean portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals in typography, color, and composition
  • 3+ years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A "no task too small" mentality and a genuine passion for learning and improving your craft

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
