Responsibilities:
• Understand the user's problem, prototype fast, and ship designs — sometimes the same day.
• Define how design operates at Range by innovating rather than copying existing methods.
• Use AI workflows to iterate quickly and bring the best ideas to life.
• Create designs and flows that help the team make strategic decisions.
• Act as a catalyst for moving ideas forward and creating momentum.
• Ship designs in 24 hours, learn, and iterate.
