Design. People. Trust.

At LRS Architects, our Senior Living Studio is leading the way in shaping environments that enrich lives and foster community. With a strong portfolio of award-winning projects and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re expanding our team with architects and interior designers at intermediate to advanced levels who are passionate about creating spaces that prioritize people, wellbeing, and connection.

Here, you’ll find the chance to do meaningful work in a supportive, design-driven culture that values mentorship, collaboration, and innovation. LRS offers a place where your ideas and expertise will make a lasting impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Appropriate to your level and role, you may:

  • Contribute to the design process, from early concepts to construction documents
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions to support project success
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, technical, and budget goals are met
  • Help guide design documentation using Revit and other software tools
  • Support or lead construction administration activities
  • Manage your own workload and mentor and guide others.
  • Play a role in translating client vision into thoughtful, human-centered environments.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. At LRS, you'll find:

  • Schedule flexibility: Work where you thrive - with a mix of hybrid and in-office options
  • Competitive compensation with annual reviews and advancement opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans
  • 401(k) with employer match to support your financial future
  • Generous paid time off and 7+ paid holidays annually
  • Support for licensure, certification, and continuing education to help you grow
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture that values mentorship, balance, and equity.

A meaningful role in a firm that has been named an Oregonian Top Workplace annually since 2016, with majority women-ownership, certification from the WBENC, and an ILFI Just Label.

WHY LRS?

We’re a team of problem solvers and creative thinkers who believe design is about people first. We don’t just create beautiful environments - we create spaces that connect, support, and inspire.
