About the Role

Growth Holdings is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly reliable Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support multiple brands and divisions across hospitality, real estate development, food & beverage, luxury lifestyle, and corporate operations.

We are looking for someone who combines strong graphic design skills with marketing creativity and execution. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
  • Design digital and print marketing materials including:
    • Social media graphics
    • Event flyers and promotional materials
    • Menus and branded collateral
    • Email marketing graphics
    • Signage and presentations
    • Internal company documents and templates
    • Recruitment and HR materials
    • Website and digital assets
  • Maintain brand standards across multiple company entities
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
  • Ensure accuracy in spelling, formatting, sizing, and branding on all deliverables
Marketing & Content
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns and promotional concepts
  • Support event marketing and brand activations
  • Assist with photography coordination, video content, and visual storytelling
  • Draft marketing copy, captions, and promotional content
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, leadership, and marketing teams on company initiatives
  • Monitor trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of graphic design and/or marketing experience preferred
