  • Become a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and REALTOR® Association.
  • Work with buyers and sellers of real estate, providing the appropriate real estate services for clients.
  • Be willing to participate in training and adhere to HFM policies for support and conducting business.
  • Utilize technology, including computers, cell phones, printers, real estate applications, and online applications.
  • Work as either a full-time or part-time real estate agent.
