STAFFING COORDINATOR

Vista Specialty Hospital

Staffing Coordinator Summary:

Here at Vista Specialty Hospital, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of staffing and scheduling for clinical services and supports those functions administratively. The Staffing Coordinator will compile staffing reports, schedule trending reports, agency usage reports and will manage daily staffing concerns.  The Staffing Coordinator partners with clinical leadership and the education team to ensure staff schedules are supportive of clinical and quality patient care needs. 

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Licenses/Certification: N/A

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience of clerical training.
