Job description

Summary of Position Our Designated Trainer (DT) is here to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. The DT will provide complete training to share his/her expertise in ways that motivate others in all aspects of Pizza Loca standards. He/she serves as an experienced educator with organizational skills and a positive attitude.

The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel, and this will be shown by the job the trainees will perform. Duties & Responsibilities: Works in conjunction with the HR Dept and Operations to design and implement effective training programs. Liaises with Managers, HR Dept and Operations Dept to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

Conducts individual and group sessions according to store needs. Prepares educational material such as training manuals and paperwork. Serves as a mentor to employees.

Conducts evaluations to employees being trained identifying areas of improvement. Monitors employee performance and response to training. Communicates effectively with trainees, Store Managers and Corporate office to ensure effectiveness of the program.

Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to Pizza Loca recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. Effectively implements, maintains, and corrects processes and procedures in accordance with Pizza Loca standards Enforces Food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations Adheres to Companys policies and serves as an example to the staff Performs other duties as needed Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age. Fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English Has worked with the Company for more than 2 years and has a proven successful record of Management, team building, and training.
