How You Will Create Value:

You will play an instrumental role in the organization helping to drive continuous and operational excellence, from brine extraction to finished product. You will work side‑by‑side with all operational groups to solve problems and make a real impact every single day.

More specifically, you will:

  • Help drive/advance forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, and continuous improvement across the operation.
  • Troubleshoot broad engineering issues (process, quality, operational extraction, economics, etc.) in a hands-on, field‑based environment.
  • Partner with operations and pond teams to stabilize plant performance and manage brine systems.
  • Align cavern , pond , and plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
  • Optimize key processes (flotation, dewatering, material handling) to improve recovery and throughput.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and capital projects, ensuring results stick in the field.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Demonstrated experience in a mining or chemical processing operation coupled with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mining, chemical, mechanical, industrial, etc.).
  • You must be a self‑starter who can work independently, while remaining humble and coachable.
  • Ability to balance intellectual design with “hands on” field execution.
  • You must be comfortable shifting between a climate‑controlled office and rugged industrial field locations.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to generate solutions using sound judgement. Must be able to effectively gather, synthesize, analyze and package/present environmental information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and trust as a competent team player.
