This is more than a retail sales role.

This is an opportunity to guide luxury outdoor and indoor design projects, work with premium furnishings, and help clients transform the way they live, entertain, and experience their spaces.

What You'll Do

As a Design Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients from inspiration to installation.

Responsibilities include:

Design & Client Experience
  • Guide clients through luxury furnishing selections and design decisions
  • Lead showroom consultations, house calls, and full-space planning
  • Recommend layouts, colors, fabrics, and product combinations
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience
  • Build long-term relationships and referral opportunities
Sales & Project Leadership
  • Manage projects from consultation through delivery and follow-up
  • Maintain strong communication during custom order timelines
  • Track open orders and ensure exceptional follow-through
  • Work toward annual sales goals and team performance milestones
Showroom & Team Support
  • Maintain an inspiring, organized design environment
  • Support merchandising updates and showroom refreshes
  • Assist with white glove deliveries and installation coordination
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and fellow consultants
