• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status by gathering pertinent information and utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client, fostering their personal growth and recovery.
• Facilitate effective individual therapy sessions for adults, employing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to encourage positive behavioral changes.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients have seamless access to their therapeutic engagements and consistent support, regardless of their location.
• Offer crisis intervention services to address urgent mental health concerns, utilizing your expertise to support clients in difficult circumstances compassionately and effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training relevant to best practices in mental health care to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a diverse client base, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients that foster trust and security, ultimately leading to successful therapeutic outcomes. In doing so, you will contribute positively to the overall mission of our practice to improve community mental health.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of authentic connections with clients and collaborative relationships with team members.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to supporting clients in their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills essential for managing caseloads and adhering to administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• A clean and professional disciplinary record with the licensing board.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, with a solid understanding of necessary technology and methodologies.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Previous experience conducting group therapy sessions and leading workshops on mental health topics.
