Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of authentic connections with clients and collaborative relationships with team members.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to supporting clients in their mental health journeys.
