As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Implementing and evaluating evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting client well-being and progress.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care and support tailored to each client’s recovery journey.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available to support their growth.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health care to enhance service delivery and inform practices.

Our work primarily focuses on clients experiencing varying degrees of substance use issues, often accompanied by underlying mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will engage with diverse individuals from varying backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit their specific needs and experiences.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience delivering therapeutic interventions in various settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and working effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to enhance client outcomes.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in substance use treatment, dual diagnosis, or experience working in detox centers are highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote counseling platforms is a plus.
