Job description

About the Role

YAHO System Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Design Team on semiconductor facility projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between our internal design teams, engineering teams, equipment vendors, and the client (TSMC), ensuring project requirements, design deliverables, and schedules are effectively communicated and executed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable leading meetings with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between YAHO design teams and TSMC project stakeholders.
  • Attend and lead project meetings, including FDR (Final Design Review) meetings and coordination meetings with clients, equipment engineers, facility engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Track project schedules, deliverables, design milestones, and action items.
  • Coordinate with P&ID Design Team and 3D Design Team to ensure drawing packages are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or design conflicts.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams.
  • Manage RFC (Request for Change) processes and coordinate design revisions.
  • Review project documentation, meeting minutes, and project reports.
  • Follow up on client comments and ensure required revisions are incorporated into design deliverables.
  • Support QA/QC review processes and ensure project standards are maintained.
  • Assist management with project planning, resource coordination, and project status reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project coordination, project management, engineering, construction, or design-related experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience leading meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting semiconductor, industrial, or construction projects.
  • Familiarity with design review processes, engineering drawings, P&ID, BIM, or 3D modeling workflows.
  • Experience working with TSMC or other large-scale manufacturing projects.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
