About This Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher to join our team at Bumble Bees Academy, a premium Early Childhood Education Center in Springboro. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your responsibility will be to execute, plan, supervise, and implement a curriculum-based program that aligns with our school's policies and philosophy. You will have the opportunity to design teaching tools that enrich the lives of our young students, build relationships with families and coworkers, and create a dynamic environment that fosters play and learning. With our comprehensive training program, you will develop essential skills in customer service, organization, and multitasking.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include: executing, planning, supervising, and implementing a curriculum-based program; designing teaching tools to enrich the lives of our young students; building relationships with families and coworkers; and creating a dynamic environment that fosters play and learning. Requirements

Be able to lift 40lbs and change diapers. Childcare teaching experience in a licensed child care center or work experience with babies. Be responsible of cleaning and organizing own classroom.


Nice To Haves

CDA or Associates degree is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with experience in early childhood education who possess a strong passion for providing high-quality care and education to our students.
