Description

The Accounting Systems Integration Manager will facilitate the seamless integration and support the ongoing integration of accounting functions for new partner organizations within STP’s growing portfolio. This role plays a critical part in executing the "Shield playbook," ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and system alignment across acquisitions.

The Accounting Integrations Manager will lead key integration projects, optimize accounting processes, and establish financial controls across new and existing partner businesses. Over time, this role will evolve to build and manage a team focused on sustaining high standards of accounting integration and partner success.

Key Responsibilities NetSuite & PSA Integration Development (Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA)
  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of integrations between NetSuite and Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, and HaloPSA to automate billing and procurement workflows.
  • Build, deploy, and support SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteLet/RestLet automations.
  • Maintain integration frameworks using Catalyst and custom API code.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data-sync and workflow errors across systems.
NetSuite System Administration
  • Configure and administer NetSuite modules for billing, invoicing, and purchasing.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee release updates and maintain compliance with API and feature changes.
  • Support data migration and transformation during partner onboarding.
Accounting Process Enablement
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design system workflows for recurring billing, PO automation, and reconciliation.
  • Support implementation of accounting automation strategies across STP’s platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the liaison between accounting, systems, and MSP partner teams.
  • Provide documentation, training, and walkthroughs for finance and operations staff.
  • Coordinate integration testing and deployment with U.S. and India-based teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Deep technical expertise in NetSuite ERP.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Strong project-management and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between technical and accounting teams.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in NetSuite administration and accounting systems integration.
  • Proven experience developing SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow automations.
  • Prior exposure to accounting operations (billing, invoicing, purchasing).
