What you'll do

Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for residential and private sector clients
Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
Visit client offices and project sites to support project execution and business development
Oversee engineering work and interface with other disciplines as needed
Monitor project progress using accounting and project tracking tools
Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians as part of project teams
Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
6+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
Experience producing residential site design plans and working with residential clients
Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
Demonstrated business development skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising project teams
Understanding of business financial metrics and project performance tracking
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
