Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy founded in 2007. They are seeking a CAD System Administrator to manage CAD/CAE applications, troubleshoot system problems, and improve user experience while adhering to IT standards.
Responsibilities:
• Administers maintains and evaluates CAD/CAE and Other Engineering design applications and related system management and maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and resolves system problems. Works proactively to identify potential issues and recommends/implements preventative solutions.
• Resolve engineering application issues/requests, ensure SLA adherence and improve user experience and satisfaction.
• Identifies and analyses system and user needs, as well as equipment requirements. Writes system and user documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Develops and delivers user training and presentations on new systems and upgrades.
• Works directly with CAD related vendors and with other Technical Services personnel to coordinate major technical issues, Projects, communicate expectations and coordinate deliverables and services.
• Coordinates and/or performs software and operating system maintenance on CAD workstations and servers.
• Adheres to global IT standards, policies and procedures and coordinate related activities with global IT teams.
• Develop effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.
• The assignment is result-oriented with excellent growth prospects.
