What you'll do:
  • Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to identify gaps between business goals and user experience.
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that inform design strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and align research outcomes with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine user journey maps and storyboards to enhance interaction design.
  • Lead usability testing efforts and iterate designs based on findings to improve product experience.
  • Communicate research findings clearly to influence design decisions and build consensus across teams.
