For Project Management services in the Manufacturing and Engineering area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least seven (8) years of previous exposure managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry; experienced with RFP process, design firms' management; experience with manufacturing, packaging processes and equipment, clean rooms design and facilities improvements; proven GMP project delivery experience.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in:
    • At least eight(8) years of experience managing capital projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
    • Experience supporting OSD manufacturing processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, encapsulation, packaging, and material handling systems.
    • Experience managing equipment installation, facility upgrades, manufacturing process improvements, and technology transfer projects.
    • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

  • Technical and Organizational Support: Assist with technical, financial, and organizational challenges by researching issues, providing recommendations, and maintaining document archives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and anticipate potential schedule delays or changes, analyzing their cost and resource impact.
  • Decision Support: Implement tools, techniques, and processes to generate information that enables informed decision-making within project teams.
  • Compliance with Standards: Ensure all project work complies with company practices, policies, and standard operating procedures.
