Hill & Harbor Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential and design-driven construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, structure, and collaboration—and who knows how to balance budgets, timelines, and client relationships without losing sight of design intent.


Primary Role

The Project Manager owns the full project lifecycle, providing planning, financial oversight, client communication, and administrative leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with design vision.


Key Responsibilities


Project Planning

  • Develop and maintain the master project schedule
  • Manage milestones, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination


Financial Management

  • Approve and code invoices
  • Monitor budget vs. actuals
  • Prepare and process change orders


Contracts & Procurement

  • Issue purchase orders
  • Finalize subcontractor contracts
  • Oversee bid packages and award scopes


Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Lead structured progress updates and project meetings
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally


Documentation & Approvals

  • Manage drawings, scopes, and client approvals
  • Maintain organized, accurate project records


Risk & Issue Management
