Job Summary:
Clutch is a rapidly growing staffing agency that supports clients by identifying unreachable talent. They are seeking an experienced Visual Design Project Manager to manage the creative development lifecycle of marketing materials and ensure efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate the execution of all two-dimensional (2D) creative projects, encompassing both digital and print marketing assets, overseeing every phase from initiation to final delivery.
• Establish, track, and diligently maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively address and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure strict adherence to all committed deadlines.
• Systematically review and assign tasks, managing the weekly and daily workflow and capacity of the creative design team in collaboration with the Resource Management function.
• Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating seamless collaboration and clear communication between the creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and other internal groups.
• Organize and lead all critical project meetings, including initial kickoffs, regular status check-ins, and final creative reviews, ensuring all participants are aligned on objectives and progress.
• Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing project management processes, tools, and best practices, aiming for peak efficiency and team support.
• Monitor project outcomes to confirm deliverables meet or exceed departmental and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely, concise status updates to Program Managers and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in a relevant field such as Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Design
• Must possess a minimum of six years of proven experience managing complex creative projects for a diverse range of marketing materials within either an agency or a corporate creative department
Preferred:
• Prior hands-on experience utilizing enterprise-level project management software, such as Workfront
• Familiarity with the development, design, and technical processes involved in creating online (digital) sites
