Job description

· Direct accountability and management of color print production

· Coordinates the production of marketing material, ie business cards, constant contact, Facebook

· Maintain print production schedules

· Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement of vendor relationships

· Develop specifications for new components with vendors, negotiate effective pricing structures

· Oversee implementation of new purchasing /knowledge of accounting system with purchase order completion including document tracking or order confirmation, shipments and receipts is up to date.

· Participation and leadership of relationship and business reviews with PD Team and vendors

· Maintaining marketing advertisements for company promos, on a monthly basis

· Graphic design

· 2-5 years experience in printing, graphic design, project management or supply chain management environment (preferred)

· Knowledge of the print production process including equipment and software (Latex, LF Inkjet, Solvent, Vinyl Cutters, laminating, mounting etc.)

· Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute jobs within a deadline oriented environment

· Excellent communication and negotiating skills

· Finishing of printing production: mounting, hemming, grommets

· Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives

· Ability to build relationships and work across a multi-service organization

· Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) as well as Design software (Photoshop, Flexiprint, Illustrator)

· Knows how to utilize Cutters, plotters, RIP’s and laminators

· Knowledgeable with media

Not only do we service the equipment, we sell new and used plotters, supplies and we have our own print shop. We are dedicated to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.
