Job description

As an Individual Contributor, this role serves as a strategic advisor and change leader, aligning People Services (PS) and business strategies to drive organizational effectiveness. The role applies advanced Human Resources (HR) expertise and business insight to shape talent strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build organizational capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory and Talent Leadership– Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex business strategies into integrated workforce solutions. Anticipates organizational needs and leads the design and implementation of talent strategies. Applies advanced judgment to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Enterprise Talent Initiatives– Leads enterprise-wide initiatives such as Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. Translates workforce analytics into strategic insights to inform decisions on organizational design and talent optimization.
  • Program Design and Inclusion– Partners with People Services teams to shape and refine programs across the employee lifecycle. Provides thought leadership in instructional design, inclusion, and change management. Champions a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Organizational Development and Engagement– Leads the development of strategic programs and policies. Conducts organizational assessments and facilitates stakeholder engagement to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR business partner, generalist, organizational development, training, or equivalent work.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in consultation, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, relationship management, teamwork, laws & regulations, and communication.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in change management, creative and innovative thinking, organizational development, persuasion and influence, and strategic thinking.
  • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, facilitation and presentation, and analytical skills. Able to lead enterprise initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive organizational transformation.
