In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the data that fuels our sales, marketing, and revenue operations success. This position will directly impact our pipeline efficiency and commercial growth. You will be a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and finance, providing the data-driven rationale for budget allocation and spend optimization while driving continuous improvement across all channels.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading the development and implementation of a robust sales and revenue data strategy that optimizes our go-to-market pipelines.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) focused on pipeline health, stage conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Acting as the primary analytical bridge between Sales Leadership and the Revenue Operations team, providing data-driven insights to optimize sales quotas and territory planning.
  • Developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to commercial stakeholders across the organization.
  • Gathering, normalizing, and integrating data from various commercial sources, with a heavy emphasis on our CRM, ERP, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strategically partnering with sales leadership to analyze and forecast revenue, pipeline predictability, and the impact of various sales initiatives.
  • Proactively identifying areas for data improvement and automation, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency across the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record of bridging sales and marketing  performance data with financial targets.
  • Strong foundational skills or experience in data science or statistics.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining scalable reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with data lakes (such as BigQuery) and database scripting languages (such as SQL).
  • Working knowledge of CRMs (Hubspot) and other modern sales and marketing technology. 
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
