Design Internship Jobs in Hooksett, NH (NOW HIRING)

Crane Currency has an opportunity for a college student this Fall to gain hands-on experience in our Human Resources department. This part-time role is onsite and based out of Nashua, New Hampshire.
The days and hours are flexible, with the expectation of 20-25 hours per week while classes are in session and up to 40 hours during school breaks.
If you are selected you will be working with our HR team, engaging in projects and supporting onboarding efforts. How you will make an impact:
Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on the business. You will have a direct effect by means of the following projects and standard work:

• Contribute or lead an HR Digital Transformation Project and other process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with workforce analytics and reporting
• Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of company-sponsored philanthropic & community outreach events.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire activities.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
You must currently be enrolled in a degree program with an accredited school to be eligible for consideration.
Required:

• Ability to handle sensitive information with care and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred:

• Candidate has completed at least one full year of college or university studies; higher preference to rising Juniors or Seniors.
