About the Role/Ideal Candidate

We are seeking to add a Marketing Graphic Designer to our team who is passionate about the mission of our company. You should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with the team and knowledgeable in different platforms of graphic design with a focus on social media and marketing design. Your passion for detail and organization allows you to manage multiple projects in a timely manner, and you are readily adaptable to the needs of the team. You love exploring new design trends and stretching your abilities as a designer; there is no creative challenge you arent willing to overcome. Communication is one of your strong points, as well as being efficient in a fast-paced environment. Your creativity and out of the box thinking will allow you to present our products in a fresh and engaging way. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with other departments to create and innovate.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Graphic Design is required for this position
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing and brand experience required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A basic understanding of the elements of advertising design
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to create visuals that adhere to brand style guidelines
  • Hand lettering and illustration skills, preferred but not required, depending on the other skills and qualifications of the candidate
  • A basic understanding of motion graphics, preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI in design and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Substack, etc.)
  • Design email campaigns
  • Design marketing campaigns to advertise sales and products
  • Design and execute various marketing collateral as needed
  • Design graphics for use on video platforms
  • Assist in the design of supplemental products and various print materials as needed
