Job description

Essel is looking for a motivated and skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to civil engineering project design and development. You will engage in site assessments, prepare engineering calculations, and create detailed design drawings to support a wide range of projects.
Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions while collaborating closely with project managers and other engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and a commitment to high-quality work.
Requirements
The selected candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil design, preferably in land development, transportation, or municipal projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
