Must Haves:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Strong background in analog circuit design principles
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium) and SPICE for circuit simulation and verification
  • Experience leading design teams or projects
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and deliver solutions
  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance

Nice to Haves:
  • High Voltage DC power systems and module design experience
  • Experience with power topology design (watts to KW+ converters)
  • Magnetics Design and High-Speed Design
  • R&D background with advanced test/troubleshooting of circuit schematics

As an Analog Design Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team responsible for developing advanced undersea communication systems. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise in analog and high voltage electronic systems.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead a design team through product ownership from concept definition through release to manufacturing
  • Direct and participate in design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components and integrated circuits for subsea applications
