Description
Join our team as a Design Associate in Weatherford! Are you passionate about helping people build their dream homes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, Tilson Homes wants to hear from you!
As a Design Associate at Tilson Homes, you will lead customers through a design appointment, and provide the follow-up needed to help bring their dream homes to life! Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual who is passionate about the homebuilding industry and has a background in Design. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. A completed designer education course / certification is preferred. Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an hourly role paying $22.50 per hour.
