  • Create copy that is clear, engaging, and consistently applies the appropriate voice for each brand and channel, and meets business initiatives.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards, editorial guidelines, and style.
  • Partner with the marketing, creative, and internal teams to understand objectives and develop effective content.

  • Strong portfolio of relevant copywriting work demonstrating experience across multiple types of marketing and brand copy (experience writing for the travel industry preferred, but not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling, effective direct-response copy that maintains brand voice while motivating audiences to take action, driving measurable engagement and conversion.
  • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, style, and tone.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and audience-focused communication.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent self-starter who can collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to receive feedback and work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint and project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-assisted writing while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and editorial judgement.
Work Schedule:
  • Onsite position: 5 days per week onsite in our Guilford office.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
