Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain/Construction Coordinator

Location: Pinehurst, NC or Charleston

Reports To: Executive Project Director


Position Overview

IE Homes Clubs & Resorts is a vertically integrated lifestyle company redefining how residential communities and private clubs work together—from ground-up development and hospitality operations to real estate sales and long-term member experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the procurement, bidding, and purchasing operations of our residential homebuilding division. This role will also support design coordination, budgeting alignment, and project execution across the full homebuilding lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in homebuilding, strong organizational and financial discipline, and a systems-oriented mindset, with exposure to ERP platforms such as Hyphen Brix preferred.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade partner bidding process across multiple projects and maintain a qualified vendor database

• Prepare and distribute bid packages with clearly defined scopes of work and perform bid leveling to ensure accurate comparisons

• Support development and maintenance of construction budgets aligned with project plans, specifications, and margin targets

• Track and analyze variances between estimated, contracted, and actual costs

• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in scope, pricing, and scheduling

• Support implementation and ongoing optimization of the Hyphen Brix ERP system, including data integrity, workflows, and reporting

• Serve as a key point of coordination between construction, accounting, vendors, and leadership


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in residential construction, purchasing, estimating, supply chain, or project/design coordination (residential experience strongly preferred)

• Experience working within an ERP system (Hyphen Brix strongly preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
