Job Purpose
The Showroom Coordinator is the first and lasting impression of WorkSpace Interiors. This role keeps our Knoxville showroom polished and client-ready, provides organized, proactive support to our leadership team, and serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls. The Coordinator plays a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and helping host company and client events, and supports our other showroom locations as needed. This person also acts as our internal point of contact with WorkSpace Interiors' external marketing partner — sharing content, photos, and updates as directed.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom amp; Client Experience
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and client-ready at all times
  • Prepare the space before client visits and reset it afterward
  • Coordinate food, beverage, and hospitality touches for client meetings and visitors
  • Manage showroom supplies, collateral, and vendor deliveries
  • Provide showroom and hospitality support to our Tri-Cities and Chattanooga locations as needed
Administrative amp; Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls — answering, screening, and routing calls professionally
  • Support leadership with calendars, scheduling, meeting notes, and follow-up items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and team recognition efforts
Events amp; Marketing Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and help host company and client events — from logistics through day-of execution
  • Act as the internal liaison to WorkSpace Interiors' external marketing firm, forwarding content, photos, and relevant information as directed
  • Support internal culture initiatives, team celebrations, and client welcome touches
Clerical amp; Operational Support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office errands
  • Assist with invoice reminders and general document support as directed
  • Maintain office and breakroom supplies and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support across departments as capacity allows
Required Skills amp; Knowledge

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (receiving deliveries, staging furniture/materials)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom for extended periods
Work Locations
Based in Knoxville, TN, with occasional support to our Tri-Cities and Chattanooga showrooms as needed.
