About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support major capital projects for a large energy account in Houston, TX.

This role is a key member of the Design and Construction Management team, overseeing projects through design, construction, and implementation. The Project Manager will coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while managing schedules, budgets, contractual requirements, change orders, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Manage construction projects involving new construction, renovations, MEP infrastructure, and facility improvements.
  • Coordinate design, construction, and implementation activities with project stakeholders.
  • Review contractual scope of work and assess impacts from bulletins, field directives, and schedule changes.
  • Identify and pursue additional project work through change orders.
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and change-order documentation.
  • Support negotiations and final settlement of change orders and project costs.
  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, risks, and key issues.
  • Lead and participate in construction progress meetings.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and project resources are available when required.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and customers.
  • Communicate project status, financial information, risks, and issues to management.
  • Ensure contractual and project requirements are completed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5+ years of construction/project management experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a construction, facilities, plant operations, or engineering services environment.
  • Experience with new construction, renovations, MEP infrastructure, or facility projects.
  • Experience developing project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and project documentation.
  • Strong understanding of construction project coordination and contractor management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in environments where processes may be evolving or not fully defined.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in critical environments or complex facility projects.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat/Writer and Microsoft Visio.
  • OSHA 30 certification, or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire.
