Job Summary:The Project Consultant guides the homeowner through the design-build process, from initial concept to completed project. You'll serve as both the trusted advisor and a sales leader, helping clients bring their dream remodels to life while ensuring their goals are met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understands the design-build process, and enjoys combining problem solving with creativity. Solid understanding of the design-build process and residential project lifecycle.Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software; experience with design software is a plus. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling quotes, proposals, and orders. Self-Motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently, and collaborating with a team, and across departmentsProfessional attitude and appearance.
