What is Design Build Construction?

Design Build Construction is a project delivery method where a single entity, known as the design-build team, handles both the design and construction aspects of a project. This approach streamlines communication, reduces costs, and often leads to faster project completion compared to traditional methods where design and construction are managed separately. It encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability, making it a popular choice for both public and private construction projects.
