About the Role

Our unique shop-at-home model brings the flooring showroom directly to the customer. Homeowners can compare samples, receive professional design guidance, and make confident decisions without leaving home. Our commitment to service has helped us earn an average customer rating of 4.9 stars.
This is not a traditional retail showroom position. You will meet with qualified customers in their homes, evaluate their needs, recommend flooring solutions, measure projects, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the buying process.
Flooring Experience Is Required

We are specifically looking for candidates with professional flooring sales experience and knowledge of products such as:
  • Carpet
  • Luxury vinyl plank and tile
  • Laminate
  • Engineered and solid hardwood
  • Sheet vinyl
  • Tile
  • Transitions, stairs, installation methods, and basic subfloor conditions
In-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled in-home flooring consultations
  • Identify customer needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals
  • Recommend flooring products and installation solutions
  • Measure project areas and prepare accurate proposals
  • Present options, discuss pricing, overcome objections, and ask for the sale
  • Follow our proven sales system using company-provided technology
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with open proposals
  • Serve as the customer’s primary contact during the sales process
  • Communicate project details and expectations to the office and production teams
  • Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
  • Participate in networking, home shows, and community events
