Key Responsibilities
• Product Design & Development
• Collaborate with industrial designers and marketing teams to align design with brand identity
• Optimize product ergonomics, usability, and manufacturability
• Specification Management
• Define & document product specifications including weight, dimensions, materials, & tolerances.
• Maintain specification databases and version control
• Testing & Validation
• Conduct physical tests for weight, dimensions, drop resistance, compression, and environmental durability
• Analyze test results and recommend design changes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO)

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with sourcing, packaging, and quality assurance teams

Qualification
• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
Skills
• Measurement tools, testing rigs.

Benefits
• $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
• 401K plan: After 12 months of joining and when meet all eligibility criteria. Employees can start using vacation days after 90 days from joining.
40 hours (1 week): Vacation days will be earned based on pro rata basis effective upon joining.
