Re-Bath New Hampshire & Maine is looking for a driven and personable Design Consultant to join our growing team in Portland, ME! In this exciting role, you'll help homeowners transform their bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces by guiding them through our industry-leading remodeling solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs and present design solutions
  • Deliver compelling, product-focused sales presentations using Re-Bath's proven process
  • Develop accurate project estimates and proposals tailored to each customer's budget and vision
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and close sales
  • Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in in-home sales, design consulting, or a related field
