This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced dermatology APP who wants to work alongside a highly respected group of dermatologists, practice in a collaborative environment, and have the support of one of the nation's largest independent dermatology organizations.

Job Description

As an experienced dermatology APP, you will have the opportunity to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a diverse medical dermatology patient population while collaborating closely with the dermatologists and clinical team.

This is an excellent setting for a provider who is confident practicing independently within their scope, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and values having experienced dermatologists available for collaboration and support.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Physician Assistant (PA-C)

  • Active or eligible Virginia licensure

  • Prior dermatology experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

  • Experience with common dermatologic conditions and procedures

  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

  • Comfortable working independently while embracing a collaborative team environment

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care

Compensation Information:
$125000.00 / Annually - $225000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $125,000–$225,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan includes uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.
